The Mandrel is a unique architect-designed home which draws its external character from the traditional Highland bothy. Step inside, though, to discover a modern open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering panoramic views.
The Mandrel is licensed by Highland Council to sleep six in three bedrooms. Licence number HI-20512-F.
The Mandrel's door-windows on the north and west of the building give panoramic views over the surrounding farmland. The Anta-designed interior colour scheme reflects the hues of the surrounding countryside and contributes to the charm of the property. There are wood-burning stoves in the spacious living/kitchen/dining area and in the boot room.
There are three double bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is extremely spacious and has large French windows and a terrace. It has a king-size bed and shower room with 'Jack and Jill' doors leading to both the bedroom and boot room.
One of the upstairs bedrooms has twin beds which can be configured as a super-king. It has a large en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower.
The second upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. There is a room beyond the shower which can be used as a dressing room/quiet area.
The kitchen has an induction hob and double oven. There is a utility room off the boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is good broadband speed with an average of 35Mbps and a 52-inch television in the living area.
The garage is not included in the let.
