The most striking feature of the property is the 52m² open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with two sets of sliding glass doors giving panoramic views over the surrounding farmland. The interior-designed colour scheme contributes to the charm of the property. There are wood-burning stoves in the main living area and in the spacious panelled entrance hall/boot room.

There are three ensuite double bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is extremely spacious and has sliding glass doors opening on to a paved area. It has a king-size bed and shower room with 'Jack and Jill' doors leading to both the bedroom and boot room.

One of the upstairs bedrooms has twin beds which can be configured as a super-king. It has a large ensuite bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

The second upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite shower room with walk-in shower. There is a room beyond the shower room which can be used as a dressing room/quiet area.

The kitchen has an induction hob and double oven. There is a utility room off the boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is good broadband speed with an average of 35Mbps and a 52-inch television in the living area.  

One of the delights of staying at The Mandrel is watching the ever-changing light and sky over the wide horizons. You may even be lucky enough to see the Northern lights.

The garage is not included in the let. One well-behaved dog is allowed in the property, if kept downstairs and off the furniture.
